This Privacy Policy explains how Mika Terry, sole proprietor and owner of The Harmony Blueprint™, collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through myharmonyblueprint.com and related ordering, payment, scheduling, and personalization services.
Information may include contact details, order information, birth details, intake responses, selected focus areas, shipping information, and materials needed to create the purchased product or service. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are not collected by The Harmony Blueprint.
The Harmony Blueprint does not sell customers’ birth information, intake responses, or personalized book content.
The Harmony Community is not yet open for member accounts. People who join the Founding Community waitlist may provide a first name, email address, broad geographic region, and general area of interest. The waitlist does not request precise location information, dating history, birth details, or other sensitive profile information.
Waitlist information is used to communicate about community development, invitations, safety updates, testing opportunities, and launch information. Joining the waitlist does not create a community account or guarantee admission to an invitation group.
Birth details and intake responses are collected only to determine the appropriate Harmony Archetype, prepare personalized products, provide purchased services, maintain necessary order records, and support customer-requested corrections or reprints.
Detailed birth information, intake responses, personalization records, and working book materials may be retained for up to 12 months after delivery. After that period, eligible personalization information may be deleted or anonymized unless the customer asks The Harmony Blueprint to retain it longer. Payment, transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, and dispute-related records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Customers may request correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting support@myharmonyblueprint.com.
The Harmony Blueprint may use secure AI-assisted tools to help organize session information, develop reflective questions, identify themes, and support the drafting of personalized materials. All interpretations, recommendations, and written products are personally reviewed and approved by Mika Terry before delivery.
Clients should not provide Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for the purchased service.
By using the website or purchasing a product or service, the client confirms that submitted information is accurate and that the experience is being purchased for education, reflection, and self-understanding. Personalized work begins after the required intake information and payment have been received.
One limited correction round is included for factual errors, misspelled names, or information recorded incorrectly. Requests to change the original focus, interpretation, length, structure, or direction may require an additional fee.
Harmony Session packages require payment before appointment scheduling. After payment is confirmed, a private Calendly scheduling link is emailed within one business day. Sessions are offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and are held through Google Meet. Calendly may display available times in the client’s local time zone.
Digital personalized books are generally delivered within 10 to 14 business days after all required birth details, personalization information, and payment have been received.
Printed personalized books are generally completed and submitted for production within 15 to 20 business days after all required information and payment have been received. Standard U.S. delivery generally requires an additional 5 to 10 business days after printing.
Signature Harmony Books are generally delivered within 15 to 20 business days after the consultation and receipt of all required information. The Harmony Session reflection is generally delivered within 3 business days, and Focused Harmony guides are generally delivered within 10 to 14 business days.
Production and delivery times may be affected by holidays, printing-provider schedules, incomplete customer information, address errors, or circumstances outside The Harmony Blueprint’s control.
Standard United States shipping is included in the listed paperback and hardcover prices unless the product page states otherwise. International and expedited shipping are not included during the initial launch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Reprinting or reshipping caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may require an additional charge.
Clients may reschedule one time without charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may require a $35 fee. Sessions end at the originally scheduled time, so late arrival may reduce the available consultation time.
Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are nonrefundable. A new appointment may require a new booking fee.
Because consultations reserve Mika’s time and personalized books and guides are created specifically for each client, payments become nonrefundable once custom creation begins. Before that point, any eligible cancellation is evaluated under the terms shown at purchase.
Harmony Sessions and personalized products for clients under 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may participate in the opening or closing portion of a session while allowing age-appropriate space for the young person to express their interests, needs, and goals.
Heroes in Harmony may sponsor or coordinate workshops and other eligible programs through which participants receive printed materials, digital-book access, or reduced-cost Harmony Blueprint products. The Harmony Blueprint creates and fulfills the educational materials offered through those programs.
Workshop codes are issued for a specific benefit, may be limited to eligible products, can expire, and may be redeemed only as authorized. Codes have no cash value, may not be sold or transferred, and may be deactivated when misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution is suspected.
Heroes in Harmony and The Harmony Blueprint are independent organizations working collaboratively. Neither organization is affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense.
Workshop participants may receive access codes through the applicable event process without submitting military records to The Harmony Blueprint website. If online veteran verification is offered in the future, it will be handled through a specialized third-party verification provider and will be subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
Customers should not upload or email DD214 forms, military personnel records, Social Security numbers, VA claim files, medical records, or other sensitive documents unless a clearly identified and secure verification process specifically requires them.
Harmony Sessions and personalized Harmony Blueprint materials are educational and reflective experiences designed to support self-understanding, personal exploration, clarity, and direction. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological testing or assessment, diagnosis, mental-health treatment, medical care, crisis services, or a substitute for professional care.
Guidance involving relationships, career, education, money, wealth, business, or life direction is provided for personal reflection and informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, credit, academic-admissions, or other licensed professional advice.
The Harmony Blueprint does not guarantee relationship outcomes, employment, career advancement, educational admission, income, financial gain, personal transformation, or any other particular result. Clients remain responsible for evaluating information received and making their own choices, decisions, and actions.
Harmony Sessions are not designed for emergencies or crisis situations. Anyone experiencing an emergency or immediate danger should contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified crisis provider.
